Grid tool interaction and shortcut handling during drag operations.

**Description**
While dragging out a Rectangular Grid or a Polar Grid, the Left and Right arrow keys do nothing. Up and Down change the rows (concentric dividers) as they should, but Left/Right never change the columns (radial dividers).
The grid tools are written to take them. The doc of `crates/tools/src/draw2/family.rs` says "←/→ change grid columns / radial dividers", and `FamilyTool::key` handles `ToolKey::Left` / `ToolKey::Right`. In Illustrator, the arrow keys add or remove the grid's lines as you drag, Left/Right for the vertical (radial) ones.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Choose the Rectangular Grid tool and start dragging on the artboard.
2. Without releasing the button, press Up three times: three rows are added.
3. Start another grid and press Right three times while dragging.
**Actual result**
Right (and Left) change nothing: the grid keeps 5 vertical dividers. The same goes for the Polar Grid's radial dividers.
**Expected result**
Right adds a column (a radial divider) and Left removes one, live in the preview, like Up/Down for rows.
